Open the check-in page on your phone or tablet

Enter the event PIN when prompted

Select the correct event — it auto-selects today's most recent session

Type their first name, last name, or phone number

Tap Check — their card will appear

Confirm it's the right person, then tap ✓ Check In

Button turns green — confirmed. Tap → Next Person to continue
Waiver Signed
Good to go — no action needed.
Waiver Not Confirmed
Ask them to sign the waiver before the session starts.
Medical Flag
Read the card details and check in with them directly before the session. Do not skip this.

Try searching by last name only or phone number

If still not found — they are not registered

Ask them to sign up at pulse360.fit/community — do not check in unregistered participants
