Our Story
Built for Mysore. Built to last.
Pulse360 was born from a simple observation: Mysore is home to serious athletes, health conscious professionals, and a growing wellness community but it has no facility worthy of them.
We are not a gym with a few extra services stacked on. We are building from the ground up, a purpose built, multi-discipline facility where every square feet has been planned around the member's experience. The gym floor, the coaching courts, the physio clinic, the diagnostics suite and the wellness spaces are all part of one integrated environment.
How We Think
Train. Recover. Perform.
Most facilities focus on training. The best facilities understand that recovery and clinical support are what allow you to train consistently, progress faster and stay injury free over years and not just months.
We have built physiotherapy and diagnostics into the heart of Pulse360 as core services available to every member. Because the athlete who trains smart, recovers well and understands their body is the one who performs.
Who's building this.
FITNESS. WELLNESS. LIFESTYLE.
Pulse360 is led by a founding team with backgrounds across sports, fitness, healthcare and business strategy. We are operators, not investors — we will be in this facility every day, alongside our members and coaches.Leadership

VISION
To redefine fitness and wellness by building an integrated ecosystem where performance, recovery, and holistic well-being coexist .
FOUNDER’S STORY
Pulse360 began much before the name existed.
Growing up in Mysore, I saw a gap that many didn’t talk about. Fitness spaces were either too basic or too one-dimensional ,that focused only on workouts, with little attention to recovery, guidance, or long-term well-being. People would start strong, but over time, injuries, inconsistency, or lack of direction would pull them back.
I’ve seen this not just in others, but in my own journey ,phases of pushing hard, burning out, and starting over. That cycle made one thing very clear: fitness alone isn’t enough. Without recovery, balance, and the right environment, progress doesn’t last.
Over time, through exposure, learning, and observing better systems, the idea started to take shape, what if there was a space that brought everything together? A place where training, recovery, and wellness weren’t separate, but part of one complete experience.
Mysore is evolving. The mindset is changing. People are ready for something better , something more intentional, more refined, and more complete.
Pulse360 is my response to that. It’s built with the belief that this city deserves a world-class fitness and wellness ecosystem ,one that matches global standards while staying rooted .This isn’t an upgrade to the existing system. It’s a complete reset.
