That's Why We're Building Pulse360.

Mysore is home to world-class athletes, a globally recognised wellness heritage, and 1.38 million people. It has never had a facility worthy of any of them. Until now.

Every city has a gap between what its people deserve and what its infrastructure provides. In Mysore, that gap exists most clearly in sports, fitness and wellness.

This is a city with a global reputation for yoga. A city that has produced national-level athletes across cricket, badminton, athletics and swimming. A city with one of India's largest IT campuses and a professional population that is health-conscious, well-travelled, and increasingly aware of what world-class training looks like. It is a city where serious people take their physical health seriously.

And yet, until now, there has been no facility built to match that ambition.

"The infrastructure has not kept pace with the people. Pulse360 is here to change that."

What Mysore has — and what it has been missing

Mysore has good gyms. It has yoga studios with global reputations. It has sports academies producing genuinely talented young athletes. It has physiotherapy clinics.

What it has never had is a single destination where all of these things exist together, designed to work as one integrated system.

That matters more than it might initially seem. Consider the athlete who trains hard at the gym, develops a knee problem, and has to travel across the city to see a physiotherapist who has never seen them move, has no idea what their training programme looks like, and has no relationship with their coach. The rehabilitation plan is built in isolation. The return to training is guesswork.

Or consider the professional who wants to get serious about their fitness, joins a gym, and discovers that personal training is available but there is no structured programming, no diagnostics to understand where they are starting from, and no pathway that connects their training to their recovery and long-term health.

Or the parent whose child is talented at badminton, who wants them to have access to proper coaching, strength and conditioning for young athletes, and physiotherapy support when they inevitably pick up an injury — but has to piece this together from three separate facilities, three separate billing relationships, and three sets of professionals who never speak to each other.

These are not edge cases. They are the normal experience of anyone serious about sport and fitness in Mysore today.

What we are building

Pulse360 is not a gym with extra services tacked on. It is a purpose-built, multi-discipline facility designed from the ground up around the idea that training, recovery and clinical support are not separate things — they are the same thing, and they work best when they happen in the same place, delivered by professionals who know each other and communicate with each other.

We are bringing together six disciplines under one roof:

  • 01 Fitness & Gym Cardio · Weights · Strength floor
  • 02 Strength & Conditioning Personal training · Group S&C · Hyrox
  • 03 Sports Coaching Badminton · Swimming · Junior programmes
  • 04 Physiotherapy On-site clinic · Rehab · Injury assessment
  • 05 Diagnostics VO2 · Body composition · Movement screening
  • 06 Wellness & Recovery Yoga · Pilates · Nutrition · Recovery therapy

Every service is available under a single membership. No juggling multiple subscriptions. No travelling across the city. No professionals operating in silos. One address, one community, one integrated experience.

Why the clinical component changes everything

The single most important thing that separates Pulse360 from every other fitness facility in Mysore is this: our physiotherapy clinic and diagnostics suite are on the same floor as the gym.

This is not a convenience feature. It is a fundamental shift in how members can approach their training and health.

When your physiotherapist can walk out of the clinic and watch you squat, they can understand your movement patterns in the context of real training, not just a clinical assessment. When your S&C coach knows what your physio found in your movement screen, they can programme around your restrictions rather than into them. When your diagnostics data — your body composition, your VO2 score, your movement assessment results — is available to your entire support team, every decision about your training is informed by actual data.

The athlete who trains smart, recovers well and understands their body is the one who performs consistently over years, not just months. We built Pulse360 around that principle. Clinical support is not a premium add-on at Pulse360. It is a core service available to every member.

Premium without pretension

We want to be clear about something. Pulse360 will be the highest-quality training facility in Mysore. The equipment, the coaches, the clinical staff, the space, the cleanliness — all of it will be set to a standard that does not currently exist here.

But that does not mean this is a members-only club for the elite. It is not.

It is a facility built for anyone who is serious about their health and performance — regardless of their current fitness level, their age, or their sporting background. The 19-year-old badminton player with national-level ambitions and the 52-year-old professional who has decided it is finally time to take their health seriously will both find a home here.

We have set the bar high because Mysore deserves a high bar. Not because we are trying to exclude anyone.

Why now

The honest answer is that Mysore has been ready for this for some time. The demand has existed. The talent has existed. The population that would use and appreciate a facility like this has existed.

What has been missing is someone willing to build it properly — not a franchise model imported from a metro city, not a gym that added a physio room as an afterthought, but a purpose-built facility conceived specifically for Mysore, its people, and the kind of training culture that already exists here beneath the surface.

That is what we are doing.

Pulse360 is being built in Vijay Nagar — central, accessible, and in one of Mysore's fastest-growing neighbourhoods. It is being built by a team that will be in the facility every day alongside its members, not managing from a distance. It is being built for the long term, not for a quick launch.

We are opening in 2026. The founding member list is open now.

What founding membership means

Our founding member programme is straightforward. The people who join before we open lock in their membership rate permanently. Not for a year — permanently. The rate they join at is the rate they pay for as long as they remain members, regardless of what happens to our pricing after opening.

There are 200 founding member spots. No payment is required now — you reserve your spot and confirm when we open the doors.

Founding members also get early access before general opening, priority booking for physiotherapy and diagnostics, and founding member recognition as part of the community that helped build Pulse360 from the ground up.
